a lot of thought went into the design of the "suite". Very accommodating.
The breakfast bar was very cheesey and had 'Mystery meat" on the buffet.
The rooom was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was dreadful, always running out of things, unfriendly servers and what food was cooked was either cold or runny. The coffee was also substandard.
Location to the Wine Country and Front Street!
Our room was adjacent to the 15 FWY and Very Loud! The outdoor pool was not heated, Very Cold!
They covered all the bases
The external pool was not heated and needed filtering- insects ,material sitting on water
They need to acknowledge there price with company's that promote there hotel poor communication and false statement on the price
We have stayed at SpringHill across the country so we know the quality. It is not fancy yet has all the amenities you need.
No complaints - the snack food and wine and beer were pricey but I think that is everywhere.
Booked.net messed up my name and when I called the hotel my reservation didnt show up.
Before I made this reservation, I spoke with someone at this hotel and asked if the a winery was within walking distance -- the person said yes (the winery was not even close). When we arrived, our room was extremely small -- it was a studio suite which was totally cluttered with furniture. My 18 month old grandson was standing by a table and fell and cut his ear -- he was bleeding profusely. We called the front desk for an emergency health location -- explained what happened and thought he needed stitches. There was no mention that someone would come up to the room to take a report. We also asked if we could switch to a bigger room -- were told it was not possible. This room was so small that only one person could walk by the beds at one time. After some thought we decided to check out and asked that we be credited that night but for sure the next night -- we were told at first that was possible, then left and were told we would be charged for the first night and probably the second night. Extremely rude and not very friendly -- we took my grandson to the emergency and he did not require stitches but was extremely unhappy and still bleeding. Unfortunately our experience with this hotel was poor.
Breakfast was abundant. Check in and check out fast. Room large and clean. Inroom Coffee-Bar kitchenette area handy. Television easily viewed from bed or sofa bed area. Good value for the money. Convenient to golf and wineries. Close to abundant shopping.
The room design was different with the bath separate from the toilet area. Did allow for simultaneous use by both people sharing room.
Boutique Chic! The rooms were large ( a sitting area with table and a desk.) and comfortable beds. The decor was wonderful. There was even paper plates and forks in the microwave for our use. The evening get together in the lounge for free cocktails gave us a chance to meet people for all over the us. The free breakfast in the morning was good and saved us so much time. I got more than I expected.
I had to drive (only a mile) to most of the restaurants.
Very modern rooms with an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff was super friendly and helpful
That I didnt stay long enough
the beds were good. the breakfast was well planned,. except the bread was all white. i liked the seperated bathrooms.
noisey overhead,with people stomping around.
New, clean, neat, well located.
Don't care for the "fifties" decor.
